Managing UPI, 3P Wallets and Rewards product charter for online merchants through a user-first approach, building solutions for enabling and empowering the next gen of merchants and their users

UPI Product Charter

Currently managing the end-to-end UPI product charter for online merchants, running it from features,  and compliance perspective. This includes managing bank integrations and merchant connections, as well as product charters of UPI subtypes (Credit cards, PPI wallets, credit lines etc), UPI Plugin SDK and the regulatory requirements that come from time to time.

  • Managing the UPICC product charter along with the transaction level monitoring, merchant enablement, PnL and escalations

  • Built the UPI Plugin SDK product for 3P online merchants which was one of the most powerful solution in the industry

  • Cater to merchant specific requirements with respect to product development and modification

​Payment Links & Dynamic QR for online merchants

Benchmarked products against industry, identified parity performance & gaps, and mapped it with business requirements. Ran market intelligence requirements for new features and managed & validated prioritisation (Urgent/Exclusive, Parity, New Ask/Feature) & built PRDs. Enabled business teams with training programs, user flows & content for new feature launches

Omni-channel Product Suite

Worked on the initial omni-channel product charter, conducting market research to identify current market offerings & gaps in the market, competitive benchmarking & evaluate product-market fit. I had identified & aligned stakeholders for a 3 stack approach: Enablement, Affordability & Partnership, and prepared product roadmap & charter, establishing prioritisation structure & timelines, & ensure adherence. Further segregated the product charter with 3-pronged approach: Current product gaps, Current product cross-sell scope and Product-market gaps​

Developed & grew the largest home furniture category – beds, developing & building the complete products range through consistent innovation & market feedback (Reporting to co-founder, CEO)​

  • End-to-end managed largest furniture category of beds, with top line revenue contribution of ~15% (~INR 150 cr)
