My Story

Babu moshaay!

Zindagi badi honi chahiye, Lambi nahi..

- Anand (1971)

That’s life philosophy, isn’t it?

Well it became mine recently. Well, not that recent (If you consider it happened around 2018).

But let’s start from the beginning.

Here  it  goes:

Once upon a time, in the small town of Ranchi far, far away (1813 kms from my current location to be precise), there lived a boy.

Got decent grades.

Took up PCM.

Went for engineering.

Fell in love with robotics and art.

Graduated.

Went for MBA.

Fell in love with photography, entrepreneurship and the idea, that the world is much, MUCH BIGGER than what he’d imagined.

Graduated.

Got into the 9 to 5 race in 2017.

Still running.

The difference though?

All those years since engineering, with such varied experiences beyond his dreams, and realizations of what his life could be, with Anand’s philosophy (Those who haven’t watched, please do >> Anand (1971). It’s there on Prime, duh!)

So here’s the same story, with the touch of Anand. I call it,

“  The  dreams  beyond  the  9  to  5  ”

2017.

Started his first ever job.

Began traveling with the ‘Starters’ gang.

Donated part of his liver.

Realized zindagi badi honi chahiye.

Took up MMA. Got bored.

Started traveling around the country.

Did his first trek (Triund was awesome! Thanks to the ‘Starters’ gang).

Started taking art workshops.

Signed up for SCUBA diving license.

Realized swimming was a compulsory requirement (Amongst others).

Learnt swimming.

Got his OW license in Andamans.

Took up boxing (Contd. For a year.)

Started diving.

Did his first solo trip (Backpackers Panda! You rock!).

Got his AOW license in Thailand (Diving back-to-back for 4.5 consecutive days from a boat).

Kept diving back in India.

Completed his 50th dive in Netrani Island.

Started photography.

Re-opened his robotics kit back from college.

Started tinkering around with Arduino again.

Started falling in love with product.

Got into product management (Hot damn!)

Building his profile (Well, the website is the obvious part of it)

Working on his bucket list (Well, completing the items, and updating the list never stops, hmpfff..)

The ink’s still fresh, and the book is too big.

The writing must go on.

Life; Must go on.

Also. Since you’re already here, AND you have already read through above, keep exploring the website.

Have tried to capture the glimpses from my journeys, and have sprinkled the breadcrumbs around the website.

Baki if you’re in Bangalore, or I’m in town, chai pe baat karte hain.

Or coffee.

Chalega na?
